Flooded with natural light through floor to ceiling windows, our cozy, modern space has an intimate yet airy feel. While the look of the salon sets the tone for a high-end experience, it’s the friendly, personal and attentive service paired with the highly talented styling team that truly makes The Fix Salon one of a kind.

We are located at 3700 Cantrell Road, in the first floor of the Riviera Condominiums, across the street from Loca Luna. Our salon offers plenty of free parking in a lot right outside the front door.

  • The Fix Salon is dedicated to providing you with exceptional beauty services. To ensure that we can accommodate your needs and continue offering high-quality appointments, we require a credit card for all first time appointments & a deposit for anyone booking online.

    Booking Deposits:

    When requesting an appointment online, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

    Deposit Amount:

    The deposit amount varies depending on the service or appointment type and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. It is typically 50% of the service booked.

    Refund Policy:

    Deposits are non-refundable unless we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.

    No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy:

    If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel it outside of our specified cancellation window without rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.

    Rescheduling Policy:

    If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 48 hour notice, your deposit can be applied to your new appointment date and time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

    Policy Changes:

    The Fix Salon reserves the right to update or modify this deposit policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.

  • We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the best service for all our valued clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

    1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make necessary adjustments to our schedule.

    2. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied. The fee amount will depend on the length and type of the scheduled service.

    3. How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text us at 501.319.4554 during our business hours. You can also use our online booking system to make changes to your appointment.

    4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

    5. Multiple Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Clients who have a history of multiple late cancellations or no-shows may be required to provide a credit card to secure future appointments. Failure to adhere to our cancellation policy may result in the card being charged the full amount of the missed service.

  • Please remember that arriving late will effect your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled, a fee of 20% of booked service charged, or you may have to forego parts of your service.

    Satisfaction Guarantee:

    We want you to love the services you receive at The Fix Salon. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please let us know during your visit so that we can address your concerns promptly.

    Refund Eligibility:

    Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are generally provided under the following circumstances:

    Service Error: If a service was not performed correctly or as specified in your request.

    Allergic Reaction: If you experience an allergic reaction to a product used during your service, please notify us immediately.

    Unsatisfactory Results: If you are not satisfied with the results of your service and have followed aftercare instructions.

    Requesting a Refund:

    To request a refund, please contact us within five days of your original service appointment.

    Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and, if possible, include photos that clearly illustrate your concern.

    Refund Process:

    Refund requests will be reviewed by our salon management. If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as salon credit, based on our discretion.

    Refund Exceptions:

    Refunds are generally not provided for the following reasons:

    -Change of mind or personal preferences.

    -Failure to follow aftercare instructions.

    -Services performed by a different provider outside our salon.

    -Products purchased and opened, unless they are defective.

    Gift Card Refunds:

    Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Gift cards may be transferable to another recipient upon request.
